Implants

Increasingly, implants are gaining in popularity as an effective means of replacing missing teeth. The extremely high success rate and relative ease of placement are the prime reasons why more patients are seeking implants. Check out our education/video section to see how it works.

Dr. Kalhs has done extensive training to surgically place dental implants. Following a healing phase, we then have the tooth structure fabricated that is then attached to the implants. Implants can also be used as a support for complete dentures. They are a wonderful alternative to a partial dentures or bridges. By replacing missing teeth you can regain more chewing surface and prevent the drifting and tipping of teeth adjacent to an empty space. This helps to preserve the bone and the other teeth.
